About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts that support the company’s operations in Neuromodulation
- Ensure contract terms align with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor contracts for compliance with healthcare regulations
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Maintain contract repository and track key milestones, renewals, and expirations
- Support internal stakeholders with contract interpretation and guidance
- Conduct customer-level analytical reviews to generate business intelligence insights for sales and marketing in a senior executive level
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and regulatory teams to align contract terms with business needs
- Develop and implement best practices for contract management
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience
- Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience
- Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience
- Experience creating sales reports, including use of database manipulation
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
