Key responsibilities & impact

Reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts that support the company’s operations in Neuromodulation
Ensure contract terms align with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements
Monitor contracts for compliance with healthcare regulations
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
Maintain contract repository and track key milestones, renewals, and expirations
Support internal stakeholders with contract interpretation and guidance
Conduct customer-level analytical reviews to generate business intelligence insights for sales and marketing in a senior executive level
Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and regulatory teams to align contract terms with business needs
Develop and implement best practices for contract management

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience
Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience
Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience
Experience creating sales reports, including use of database manipulation
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
