Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the definition and delivery of program scope, strategy, quality, cost, and schedule in alignment with business goals
Secure and activate the right cross-functional resources to drive program success
Champion development best practices and oversee launch evaluation to ensure commercial readiness
Lead Business Reviews while serving as the primary liaison for strategic insights
Maintain clear, consistent communication and alignment with stakeholders and leadership
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing core and extended team environment
Facilitate effective decision-making and manage trade-offs to maintain program predictability and mitigate risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math or technical discipline and minimum of 7 years of technical work experience OR advanced degree in science, technology, engineering, math with 5 years of technical work experience
Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably implantable medical devices
Knowledge of product development cycles including clinical and regulatory requirements
Ability to coach and mentor engineering team members.
