Principal Integrated Marketing Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of upstream marketing activities for the Stapling portfolio and Thoracic specialty.
- Accountable for shaping the long-term portfolio vision, driving customer-focused innovation, and ensuring excellence in new product launches.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders to translate market insights into actionable strategies that maximize growth, differentiation, and value delivery.
- Create sales and marketing materials, manage campaigns, and educate healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams, engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), analyze market data, and manage events like conferences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing and market development.
- Proven track record in portfolio strategy, product launches, and pricing strategy.
- Prior experience working in similar large-scale healthcare strategic initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in navigating matrix organizations and driving alignment across regions.
- Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree.
- Demonstrated expertise by creating innovative value propositions.
