Key responsibilities & impact

Lead impactful training initiatives and drive competitive readiness
Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and global medical Education to design and continuously improve Robotic Assisted Surgery programs
Plan and execute Healthcare professionals and internal employees training programs
Ensure seamless delivery, strong coordination, and effective reporting
Deliver training on Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technologies, therapies, and procedures, including hands-on, classroom, and virtual sessions for internal teams and healthcare professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
4–6+ years of experience in training, event coordination, clinical, technical, or commercial roles within the medical device or healthcare industry
Experience with Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS), capital equipment, or similar advanced technologies; clinical/operating room exposure is a plus
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and event management tools
Knowledge of HCP compliance requirements is an advantage
Fluency in English and other languages is a plus
