About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive successful adoption, operational excellence, and utilization growth of the HUGO™ Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) platform across assigned accounts
Monitor and promote robotic case volume and case mix
Track and report performance against KPIs, leveraging NPS feedback to enhance user experience
Integrate the HUGO RAS program into broader surgical account plans and commercial objectives
Act as the primary escalation point for operational, clinical, or commercial issues
Maintain regular touchpoints with HUGO RAS users; attend procedures and collect structured feedback
Ensure readiness for all scheduled robotic cases; oversee field inventory management
Lead additional cohort onboarding and skill development for future users and staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience
Experience in working with Surgical teams in Operating Rooms
Experience in medical device commercialization efforts (sales, marketing, clinical)
Strong communication, presentation, business and analytical skills
