Key responsibilities & impact

Lead category strategy development and execution, including best-cost-country sourcing
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Develop and execute a robust cost-reduction pipeline
Analyze markets, quotations, and supplier capabilities
Leverage data, metrics, and business intelligence to optimize sourcing decisions
Serve as a strategic advocate for the Supply Management function
Define and manage winning category strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of Electronics & Electronic Assemblies and Suppliers
Proven expertise in developing and executing effective negotiation strategies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Solid technical and commercial understanding of commodity markets
Demonstrated experience developing category strategies and leading Best-Cost-Country sourcing initiatives
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Experience supporting low-volume, high-mix product environments
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (including Excel), analytics platforms, and SAP preferred
