About the role
- Reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region
- Drive adoption of new therapies, growing sales and market share for assigned territory
- Train, educate, sell, and in-service new vascular products
- Develop business by aggressively developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption
- Practice good, ethical territory management
- Train medical staff on new products and procedures
- Meet expectations defined by Sales Management
- Consistently meet and exceed AOP, sales budget, and account development targets
- Work closely with Vascular Field team to identify opportunities
- Develop and execute market development plans to expand product reach
- Influence and maintain productive working relationships to drive business and therapy adoption
- Engage and educate customers to ensure effective use of products
- Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly
- Conduct all business adhering to ethics & compliance guidelines
- Communicate market intelligence and competitor activity to appropriate personnel
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years’ experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years’ experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (NICE TO HAVE)
- Product launch experience (NICE TO HAVE)
- Demonstrated success in sales hunting and developing new accounts (NICE TO HAVE)
