About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region
  • Drive adoption of new therapies, growing sales and market share for assigned territory
  • Train, educate, sell, and in-service new vascular products
  • Develop business by aggressively developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption
  • Practice good, ethical territory management
  • Train medical staff on new products and procedures
  • Meet expectations defined by Sales Management
  • Consistently meet and exceed AOP, sales budget, and account development targets
  • Work closely with Vascular Field team to identify opportunities
  • Develop and execute market development plans to expand product reach
  • Influence and maintain productive working relationships to drive business and therapy adoption
  • Engage and educate customers to ensure effective use of products
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly
  • Conduct all business adhering to ethics & compliance guidelines
  • Communicate market intelligence and competitor activity to appropriate personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years’ experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years’ experience
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (NICE TO HAVE)
  • Product launch experience (NICE TO HAVE)
  • Demonstrated success in sales hunting and developing new accounts (NICE TO HAVE)
