Lead system engineering activities with the goal to represent the Systems Engineering discipline through a business integration process.
Manage the systems function through major / moderately complex projects, involving delegation of work and review of work products.
Ensure all systems engineering deliverables have resource and execution plans.
Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in quality or engineering
Or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality or engineering.
Deep knowledge of requirements and test flow
Experience with VoC, use case development, use conditions, and risk management
Significant with SAAP and software development
Experience with C++, .NET, Jira
Significant experience with software integration & fault tree analysis
Must have exceptional soft skills that will be used to work with a team.
