About the role
- Plan training programs in collaboration with the Sales Manager and other teams to educate customers
- Provide technical support to customers regarding products and CAS procedures
- Support sales and marketing teams during presentations and introductions of new products and therapies
- Report all account-, market- and competitor-related information, trends and metrics
- Collect and report all customer feedback, product-related issues and regulatory or legal issues, as well as customer complaints related to product events
- Perform all administrative tasks, including regularly providing activity reports to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Master's degree in life sciences or engineering
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with electrophysiology procedures and products
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Experience in the medical device industry, including hospital operating room (OR) environments, is a plus
