About the role
- Executes end-to-end technical deployment of digital manufacturing solutions, including on-site infrastructure and system assessments, solution configuration and performance validation, user training, integration with site leadership, and execution of deployment-specific change management activities.
- Performs site assessments to identify the existing infrastructure and technologies at a manufacturing site to define the most optimum deployment plan.
- Configures and verifies the performance of digital technologies.
- Trains users and collaborate with the site leadership team for the successful implementation of digital technologies.
- Collaborates on change management activities for each of the deployments.
- Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for digital systems.
- Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree
- Trained and Hands-on experience on Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Trained and Hands-on experience as Software Product Owner.
- Trained and Hands-on experience troubleshooting and programming PLC controls (AB-Rockwell, Siemens, others).
- Trained and Hands-on experience configuring and programming SCADA platforms like Ignition.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
