Lead system engineering activities with the goal to represent the Systems Engineering discipline through a business integration process.
Manage the systems function through major / moderately complex projects, involving delegation of work and review of work products.
Plan and deploy an execution plan to the systems engineering team working on a complex business integration.
Deep knowledge of requirements and test flow.
Serve as both the project manager and scrum master for the systems engineering efforts.
Ensure cross-functional alignment of all systems engineering owned deliverables.
Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies.
Lead the systems engineering team through planning and execution Risk Analysis activities, such as FMEAs and Hazard Analyses.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in quality or engineering OR an Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality or engineering.
Experience with IEC 60601-1
Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering
Experience with QMS requirements
Experience with wireless communication protocols
Experience with cyber security
Significant experience with SAAP and software development.
Experience with C++, .NET, Jira.
