About the role

  • Provide on-site hardware and consumable conversion support, including case coverage, in-servicing, and hands-on sales support to ensure successful product adoption
  • Lead and deliver web-based educational conference series to train customers and sales teams on products, procedures, and best practices
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and customer engagement
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations at sales meetings and customer locations as needed
  • Provide customer service and product support by responding to technical, clinical, and product usage questions and delivering ongoing educational support
  • Support inventory management by monitoring current inventory levels, identifying replenishment needs, and communicating general inventory status updates
  • Support order management activities, including responding to delivery inquiries and providing backorder status updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues by providing timely technical guidance to customers, healthcare professionals, and sales personnel
  • Provide technical and procedural setup support for products and procedures, ensuring proper use and adherence to recommended protocols
  • Act as a liaison between customers and sales personnel to address and resolve technical questions and issues
  • Equip sales teams with technical data, clinical insights, and product knowledge necessary for effective product demonstrations

Requirements

  • Ability to travel out of state up to 50%
  • Education requirements (one of the following):
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years experience*
  • OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years experience*
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year of sales and/or healthcare experience
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to work independently after appropriate training and direction
  • Ability to clearly present information in both written and verbal formats
  • Training or experience in marketing, sales, or business strategy
  • Experience supporting surgical products or working directly with surgeons and operating room staff
  • Prior experience in remote sales or conversion-focused roles
