- Supporting maintenance and repairs of The Mazor™ robotic guidance system
- Supporting maintenance and repairs of The O-arm™ surgical imaging system
- Analyzing and evaluating products and related performance
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions
- Installing, upgrading and removing products
- Maintaining effective customer communications and relations
- Providing onsite training of customer support personnel
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Medical device experience
- Biomed Experience
- Electrical or Mechanical equipment experience
- Electronics experience
