About the role

  • Reinforce the sales process with the sales team, focusing on opportunity management
  • Implement account development plans and strategies for selected accounts
  • Promote and sell Medtronic Aortic devices and Aortic+ services aligned with customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and partnership
  • Coordinate collaboration between marketing and sales teams across the matrix organization
  • Lead the Medtronic account team approach for assigned accounts
  • Achieve revenue and market share targets in the assigned territory

Requirements

  • Technical or business educational background
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work successfully in a matrix organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and digital sales tools
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward targets and deadlines
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare sector would be desirable
  • Familiarity with account-based selling, and prior exposure to international collaboration environments would be beneficial
