About the role
- Reinforce the sales process with the sales team, focusing on opportunity management
- Implement account development plans and strategies for selected accounts
- Promote and sell Medtronic Aortic devices and Aortic+ services aligned with customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and partnership
- Coordinate collaboration between marketing and sales teams across the matrix organization
- Lead the Medtronic account team approach for assigned accounts
- Achieve revenue and market share targets in the assigned territory
Requirements
- Technical or business educational background
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles
- Strong business acumen and ability to work successfully in a matrix organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and digital sales tools
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward targets and deadlines
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare sector would be desirable
- Familiarity with account-based selling, and prior exposure to international collaboration environments would be beneficial
