About the role

  • Lead product analyst for the Consent Platform and Policy Management
  • Gather business requirements for Patient MDM
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates on status of efforts, tasks, and documentation
  • Facilitate standups or testing calls as needed for new demand
  • Engage with stakeholders including legal, privacy, application support, vendor contacts, etc.
  • Manage documentation on Jira and Confluence and follow MSCM standards
  • Create and maintain documents for existing ecosystem and new demand
  • Identify areas for improvement in Data Rights, Digital Identity, and Consent Ecosystem
  • Act as primary technical support for platforms
  • Report out OneTrust metrics to team members, leadership, and stakeholders
  • Ensure HCIT Support team has current information to complete support tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree
  • 2+ years healthcare and digital health experience (nice to have)
  • 2+ years’ experience writing requirements and user stories (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of consent management platform (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of basic Postman usage and APIs (nice to have)
  • Awareness of agile & software development methodologies (nice to have)
  • Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Technical aptitude, requirements management, and the ability to assess and articulate risk variables
