About the role
- Lead product analyst for the Consent Platform and Policy Management
- Gather business requirements for Patient MDM
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on status of efforts, tasks, and documentation
- Facilitate standups or testing calls as needed for new demand
- Engage with stakeholders including legal, privacy, application support, vendor contacts, etc.
- Manage documentation on Jira and Confluence and follow MSCM standards
- Create and maintain documents for existing ecosystem and new demand
- Identify areas for improvement in Data Rights, Digital Identity, and Consent Ecosystem
- Act as primary technical support for platforms
- Report out OneTrust metrics to team members, leadership, and stakeholders
- Ensure HCIT Support team has current information to complete support tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree
- 2+ years healthcare and digital health experience (nice to have)
- 2+ years’ experience writing requirements and user stories (nice to have)
- Knowledge of consent management platform (nice to have)
- Knowledge of basic Postman usage and APIs (nice to have)
- Awareness of agile & software development methodologies (nice to have)
- Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner
- Highly developed communication skills
- Technical aptitude, requirements management, and the ability to assess and articulate risk variables
