About the role
- Oversees the full lifecycle of customer agreements from initial creation and negotiation through execution, compliance monitoring, and renewal.
- Develops, drafts, and redlines complex terms and conditions to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with business strategies.
- Leads proposal preparation and supports negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with customers.
- Prepares bids and processes contract specifications, progress updates, and related documentation.
- Collaborates closely with Legal partners to ensure all agreements adhere to corporate standards, approved templates, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitors contract compliance, identifies risks, and provides clear reporting to management and senior leaders.
- Evaluates contracts and processes to identify and implement simplification and harmonization.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams and negotiating complex contracts or pricing agreements.
- Experience in sales, marketing, purchasing, medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Conga, Icertis).
