About the role

  • Oversees the full lifecycle of customer agreements from initial creation and negotiation through execution, compliance monitoring, and renewal
  • Ensures contract activities align with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
  • Develops, drafts, and redlines complex terms and conditions to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with business strategies
  • Manages contract execution and ongoing administration to maintain accuracy and data integrity
  • Leads proposal preparation and supports negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with customers
  • Acts as a key liaison to ensure customer requirements are understood, documented, and fulfilled within contractual frameworks
  • Prepares bids and processes contract specifications, progress updates, and related documentation
  • Compiles and analyzes historical and current data to advise management on contractual obligations, performance trends, and decision-making
  • Collaborates closely with Legal partners to ensure all agreements adhere to corporate standards, approved templates, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitors contract compliance, identifies risks, and provides clear reporting to management and senior leaders
  • Evaluates contracts and processes to identify and implement simplification and harmonization while influencing stakeholders toward unified standards
  • Contributes as a subject matter expert to guide technology initiatives to ensure efficient and effective processes, digital/AI tools, and operational scalability

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 1+ year(s) experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail; works independently and takes full ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams and negotiating complex contracts or pricing agreements
  • Experience in sales, marketing, purchasing, medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries, including familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Conga, Icertis)
