About the role
- Selling and integrating Spine Enabling Technologies into spine surgery.
- Driving deep account penetration and new users with our enabling technologies at assigned spinal accounts.
- Driving adoption of our Spine Enabling Technologies through technical expertise, core spine rep training, and end user training.
- Representing the company in accordance with its policies and maintaining awareness of local competitive conditions.
- Managing day to day activities of the Spine Enabling Technologies Strategic Sales Initiatives.
- Collaborating with the Spinal Sales region, districts, and territories.
- Creating regional sales growth plans to meet company AOP.
- Identifying prospective new users for Spine Enabling Technologies.
- Supporting surgical evaluations of the Spine Enabling Technologies procedure.
- Conducting hands-on training sessions for core spine reps, physicians, and hospital staff.
- Participating in in-house sponsored customer training at designated sites.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or Associates Degree and 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
- 3 years of experience focused on the lateral spine procedure
- Intra-op support of extensive lateral fusion surgeries
- Extensive cadaveric experience with lateral spine procedures
- Experience training sales consultants and physicians
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Good interpersonal skills
- Skillful in formulating strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve results
- Strong focus on developing an organizational culture that fosters teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively influence key decision makers
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude.
