About the role

  • Selling and integrating Spine Enabling Technologies into spine surgery.
  • Driving deep account penetration and new users with our enabling technologies at assigned spinal accounts.
  • Driving adoption of our Spine Enabling Technologies through technical expertise, core spine rep training, and end user training.
  • Representing the company in accordance with its policies and maintaining awareness of local competitive conditions.
  • Managing day to day activities of the Spine Enabling Technologies Strategic Sales Initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the Spinal Sales region, districts, and territories.
  • Creating regional sales growth plans to meet company AOP.
  • Identifying prospective new users for Spine Enabling Technologies.
  • Supporting surgical evaluations of the Spine Enabling Technologies procedure.
  • Conducting hands-on training sessions for core spine reps, physicians, and hospital staff.
  • Participating in in-house sponsored customer training at designated sites.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or Associates Degree and 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
  • 3 years of experience focused on the lateral spine procedure
  • Intra-op support of extensive lateral fusion surgeries
  • Extensive cadaveric experience with lateral spine procedures
  • Experience training sales consultants and physicians
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Skillful in formulating strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve results
  • Strong focus on developing an organizational culture that fosters teamwork
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to effectively influence key decision makers
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude.
