About the role
- Lead Training & Education (T&E) strategy for the respective therapy area across EurAsia.
- Drive physician engagement, relation and capability development.
- Own and lead the adoption of digital platforms and virtual learning models.
- Design and deliver education programs for HCPs and internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with physicians, therapy area leaders, Medical Societies, Academic partners and commercial teams.
- Monitor program effectiveness through analytics and continuously improve delivery models.
- Manage and develop a team of trainers.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant training or medical education experience with 5+ years of managerial experience; or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industry.
- Demonstrated success in implementing technology-enabled education solutions.
- Strong knowledge of therapy area and healthcare education.
- Ability to lead digital and virtual learning transformation.
- Strategic planning and execution capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and digital learning platforms.
- People leadership experience.
