About the role
- Develop, implement and execute strategic sales plans for CloudCare
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Oversee channel partners/distributors
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and pricing models for digital solutions
- Leverage experience to understand customer workflows
- Integrate digital offerings into clinical pathways
- Address healthcare challenges and articulate the value of digital health solutions tailored to diverse stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and customer support teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular pipeline and forecast reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field
- 3–8 years’ experience in medical device or digital health sales
- Understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and clinical workflows in the BeneLux
- Experience selling SaaS, health IT, or digital platforms (for digital-specific roles)
- Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging out-of-the-box thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen to drive impactful outcomes
- Fluent Dutch and English. French and or German are a (very) nice to have.
