About the role

  • Develop, implement and execute strategic sales plans for CloudCare
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Oversee channel partners/distributors
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and pricing models for digital solutions
  • Leverage experience to understand customer workflows
  • Integrate digital offerings into clinical pathways
  • Address healthcare challenges and articulate the value of digital health solutions tailored to diverse stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and customer support teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular pipeline and forecast reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field
  • 3–8 years’ experience in medical device or digital health sales
  • Understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and clinical workflows in the BeneLux
  • Experience selling SaaS, health IT, or digital platforms (for digital-specific roles)
  • Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging out-of-the-box thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen to drive impactful outcomes
  • Fluent Dutch and English. French and or German are a (very) nice to have.
