About the role
- Define and build a quote to contract process and function for Surgical Robotics.
- Develop the overall quote to contract strategy, establish roadmaps and governance processes.
- Execute the contract redlining process, including reviewing, facilitating negotiation and ensuring internal stakeholders response in a timely manner.
- Oversee the deal structure, quote and contracting processes.
- Ensure sales organization operates with accuracy, speed, and compliance.
- Lead/facilitate deal model/deal structure discussions between sales, finance, legal and leadership teams.
- Ensure timely contract execution and approval, balancing speed with risk mitigation.
- Maintain contract templates and playbooks, updating them to reflect evolving business needs and compliance standards.
- Develop reporting KPIs to demonstrate status, risks, and achievement.
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, legal studies or related field.
- 10 years experience with 8+ years of experience in commercial contracting, pricing strategy, or commercial operations, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of contract law, compliance regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with commercial CRM systems (SFDC) and/or contract management systems (Conga, PROS, etc) and process automation is a plus
