About the role
- Lead, develop and implement category strategies for Facility management and Construction/utility
- Accountable for day-to-day operational sourcing projects in Facility management and Construction
- Provide project management and sourcing expertise to cross-functional teams
- Accountable for target delivery, drive savings, payment term, and compliance improvement through effective methods
- Negotiate, establish and monitor supplier agreements
- Supplier Relationship Management, vendor stratification, vendor performance tracking and review
- Ensure all sourcing activities are in line with company policy and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing
- Indirect Category Management experience and expertise in Category Management principles and frameworks (Facility Management, Construction, utility, etc.) highly advantageous
- Experience in factory Facility management (HAVC/Air Compressor System etc)
- Solid experience of working in international matrix organizations across function and culture
- Excellent data analysis, communication, and project management skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin both written & verbal
- Work experience in Healthcare/Medical Device industry is preferred
