About the role
- Develop and promote sales within your territory to public and private healthcare institutions
- Achieve and exceed quantitative and qualitative sales targets
- Identify customer needs and propose high value-added solutions
- Launch new products, manage tenders and ensure reporting (CRM, sales call planning, contract monitoring)
- Provide technical support in the operating room and assist medical teams
- Train healthcare professionals in the use of devices and technologies
- Act as a product expert
- Promote technological innovation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Participate in continuous medical education related to products and services
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in a matrixed environment
Requirements
- Master's degree in a scientific field (engineering, biology, pharmacy, etc.) and/or a master's in business (equivalent to Bac+5)
- Proven experience in medical device sales (operating room experience preferred)
- Experience in digestive surgery required or highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach
- Valid driver's license required
- Working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with IT tools (MS Office, CRM such as Salesforce)
