About the role
- Execute technical, commercial, clinical, and skill training focused on sales and clinical support
- Deliver clinical, commercial, and technical content effectively using digital resources
- Assess the effectiveness of training through evaluations and feedback
- Foster cross departmental training collaboration
- Partner with local field management to support ongoing sales team development
- Identify training needs and develop training courses that align with organizational goals
- Deploy training programs for new and existing employees
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Successful 5 years combined experience in medical device sales or marketing
- Deep clinical knowledge of surgical procedures
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and technologies
- Experience in the robotic field and or core surgical field
- Proven ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization
- Operating Room knowledge or experience
