About the role
- Lead the creation and implementation of long-term sourcing strategies for EMEA Supply Chain categories
- Own the sourcing lifecycle from market analysis, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management
- Drive compliance with corporate policies and regional regulations
- Influence senior stakeholders and align sourcing strategies with business priorities
- Establish and maintain strategic supplier partnerships
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks across transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Leverage technology and analytics to improve processes
Requirements
- Mastery of strategic sourcing and supply chain management principles
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution markets in EMEA
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent per local regulations) with 10+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 8+ years of experience
- Expertise in project management and supplier negotiations
