About the role
- Define what the technology-enabled future looks like for Medtronic – outline a global, comprehensive technology transformation vision aligned with enterprise goals
- Identify opportunities to enhance end-user experience through digital innovation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and process optimization
- Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and guide cross-functional teams through execution
- Lead end-to-end program delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives
- Leverage advanced analytics, automation, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake) to extract insights and inform decisions
- Develop compelling executive-level presentations and storytelling that communicate strategic insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, global technology transformation initiatives OR Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience leveraging AI to drive problem-solving, decision-making, and genuine efficiency gains
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on expertise working with large, complex data sets and proficiency in analytics and automation platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Power Automate, Snowflake, or similar)
- Self-starter who excels at managing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to present analytics and strategy to executive audiences
- Mindset of continuous process improvement, innovation, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
