About the role
- Supervise a team of remote sales representatives in sales activities
- Provide ongoing sales support including sales calls and data analysis
- Monitor sales metrics and update industry trends
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide ongoing training and guidance on sourcing new sales opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Great knowledge about Office Suit
- Intermediate English
- Experience in remote sales
- Knowledge about remote sales management tools (Salesforce.com / Salesloft)
- Experience as a team leader
