About the role

  • Collaborate with HR leaders and partners to identify process deviations, align priorities, and drive buy-in for standardization initiatives
  • Define clear KPIs to measure the success of standardization efforts
  • Analyze and document current HR processes, uncovering opportunities for simplification, consistency and automation
  • Deliver streamlined program management by establishing straightforward governance structures
  • Apply operational excellence methodologies to map workflows, measure outcomes, and implement continuous improvements
  • Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and maintaining momentum toward an efficient HR services organization

Requirements

  • Level 8 degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
  • Advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate across HR, business leaders, and cross-functional partners
  • Expertise in designing, documenting, and implementing consistent HR processes across complex organizations
  • Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and process optimization
  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives, building buy-in, and navigating resistance
  • Ability to assess the broader impact of process changes and align initiatives with organizational goals
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in analyzing process data, identifying trends, and using insights to inform decisions and measure success
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience leveraging HR systems and automation tools to drive process improvement and enhance employee experience
