About the role

  • Partner with leaders to assess current and future talent needs, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Drive talent reviews, succession planning and strengthen succession planning & talent readiness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, career development, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Drive progress toward GIDE aspirations and ensure diversity of talent.
  • Partner with management to ensure an effective organization structure, design, and staffing models.
  • Design strategic initiatives to ensure organizational development and effectiveness.
  • Drive organizational health, inclusion, diversity, and engagement initiatives and execution as well as managing projects in these areas in partnership with the overall GM&SC and/or GOSC organization.
  • Work with COEs to ensure leadership for workforce planning, organization changes and re-alignments.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and never-ending learning.
  • Coach and advise senior leaders on complex HR and business priorities, providing data-informed recommendations and influencing business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of program management experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience and 7+ years of program management experience.
  • Successful track record as an HR business partner in a best-in-class supply chain organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to drive decisions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and support business goals.
  • Experience in organizational design and transformation.
  • Experience in a global, matrix management structure.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and execution skills.
  • Ability to communicate with impact and create authentic and trusting relationships to influence clients.
  • Strong coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in initiating and leading change.
  • Travel up to 10-20% including international travel.
