About the role

  • Generate new sales: Develop leads, recruit new surgeons, qualify prospects, and make sales calls.
  • Grow existing DBS business and develop new opportunities.
  • Manage accounts in assigned territory.
  • Implement approved marketing strategies.
  • Respond to customer complaints in accordance with Medtronic policy.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer record books and other records.
  • Identify selling opportunities and work closely with the sales representatives to increase sales.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or
  • Associates Degree and 2+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
