• Proactively identify higher-level employee relations trends and recommend solutions.
• Partner with leadership on execution of employee relations strategies.
• Maintain the employee relations function at assigned locations/functions.
• Provide advice and coach managers and employees on employee relations issues.
• Assess and resolve employee relations matters ensuring consistency across client groups.
• Provide a single point of contact for employee relation issues.
• Work closely with the in-house legal team, Human Resources Business Partners, and clients.
