About the role
- Lead the Diabetes Field Sales and Clinical team
- Drive business strategy and foster an engaged and inclusive culture
- Build key relationships with KOLs and HCP partners
- Support diabetes therapy initiatives and foster talent development through coaching managers and sales reps
- Manage resources and budgets, execute cross-functional strategies
- Launch new products and programs
- Provide leadership reporting to support market growth
- Split time 50/50 in the field and remote
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales and leadership experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
- Knowledgeable in Diabetes Therapy Management
- Broad understanding of organizational context and comprehensive knowledge of the medical devices market and environment
- 5 years’ experience in budget and P&L management
- Experience directing and leading full line sales teams: regional managers, sales reps, territory managers, clinical support reps, sales reporting & analysts etc.
- Established key customer relationships
- Expertise in sales forecasting, strategy, sales structure
- Strong grasp of financial acumen
- Successfully created and implemented sales programs resulting in significant sale increases
