About the role
- Responsible for the deployment, commissioning, and maintenance of our Care Systems (PCS) portfolio in hospitals and medical practices.
- Deliver cross-functional services across Clinical, Regulatory, and adjacent teams, including Program/Project Management, Process Improvement, Strategic Facilitation, Kaizen, and MPS/Green Belt coaching.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive process improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Analyze and optimize workflows, identifying waste and improvement opportunities through process mapping and evaluation.
- Leverage data and analytics to uncover root causes, support operational decisions, and inform strategic planning.
- Facilitate effective collaboration by organizing and leading meetings, presentations, and workshops across teams and leadership levels.
- Develop and track KPIs/metrics to measure performance and identify future opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of project/program management experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years).
- Experience as a Program Manager at Medtronic or medical device industry in Clinical Research or Clinical/Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Engineering, Health Care.
- Experience managing projects in a global scope working with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)/RMP certification.
- Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Green Belt.
