About the role
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and management.
- Develops project schedules.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with the project team and leadership.
- Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project's key stakeholders.
- Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.
Requirements
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience
- Experience supervising or managing others (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in medical device or other regulated industry (Nice to Have)
- Experience managing and leading projects that involve balancing risk, influencing diverse teams, and responsibility for outcomes (Nice to Have)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
