Deliver cross-functional services across Clinical, Regulatory, and adjacent teams, including Program/Project Management, Process Improvement, Strategic Facilitation, Kaizen, and MPS/Green Belt coaching
Lead and manage a portfolio of initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to key stakeholders and senior leadership
Drive process improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance
Analyze and optimize workflows, identifying waste and improvement opportunities through process mapping and evaluation
Leverage data and analytics to uncover root causes, support operational decisions, and inform strategic planning
Facilitate effective collaboration by organizing and leading meetings, presentations, and workshops across teams and leadership levels
Develop and track KPIs/metrics to measure performance and identify future opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of project/program management experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years)
Experience as a Program Manager at Medtronic or medical device industry in Clinical Research or Clinical/Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Engineering, Health Care
Experience managing projects in a global scope working with cross-functional teams
Project Management Professional (PMP)/RMP certification
Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Green Belt
