About the role
- Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
- Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences;
- Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
- Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
- May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Law, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, preferably within business operations or marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluency in German language is desirable.
