About the role

  • Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
  • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences;
  • Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
  • Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
  • May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Law, or a related field preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, preferably within business operations or marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in German language is desirable.
