About the role
- Leads central projects, governance, and process improvement within GCO Commercial Deployment
- Leads deployment of central reporting tools (eMST, YODA, SFDC)
- Leads central analytics and data insights to EurAsia LT through performance KPIs and dashboards
- Contributes to cross-functional process improvement projects with key departments (IT, Finance, and Enablers)
- Designs and coordinates region’s Sales Incentive Plans Design and Target setting process
- Contributes to Go to Market strategies within the region
- Collaborates on shared projects including Market Share Tracking
- Ensures deployment and adoption of Commercial Skills Training programs
- Manages offshoring activities including process migration and optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in business analytics, sales and operations in MedTech or Healthcare industry
- Strong influencing and executive communication & presentation skills (fluent in written and spoken English)
- Strong Project Management and Execution skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com is a plus)
- Broad perspective and business acumen, strategic and detail oriented
- Experience in a multicultural, diverse environment and interaction with many stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills in Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
- Good knowledge of IT software/systems – Tableau, Power BI
