Utilize the payroll vendor platform to process payroll for employees across multiple APAC locations
Enter, review, and validate payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits deductions
Manage and process special payroll cycles, such as bonuses, commissions, and equity awards and ensure all payroll processing adheres to company policies and local and international statutory regulations
Review and reconcile payroll reports each pay period to ensure accuracy of employee payments, vendor remittances, and statutory filings
Partner with HR and Finance teams to streamline data flows and resolve issues related to employee data and integrations
Contribute to projects involving payroll implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other finance systems
Requirements
At least 15 years’ experience in high-volume payroll processing, auditing, with direct hands-on experience and handled multiple countries.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and keen into details
Strong communicator with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Additional desirable qualifications include proficiency with CloudPay or ADP payroll systems
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Accounting, Finance or Business
