About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accelerate adoption and sustained utilization of Medtronic’s AI-powered GI Genius platform
  • Partner with enterprise health systems, MSOs, IDNs, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices
  • Drive technology integration, clinical adoption, and long-term value realization
  • Lead enterprise customer-level sales and market development efforts
  • Expand installed base utilization and transfer best practices to the broader commercial organization
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
  • Lead complex sales cycles, executive-level negotiations, and enterprise contracting
  • Serve as a commercial expert in Software as a Medical Device
  • Develop and execute territory-level growth strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, health economics, clinical, operations, and executive leadership
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with health system leaders, physicians, administrators, and key opinion leaders
  • Deliver clinical product demonstrations, physician education, and on-site adoption support
  • Serve as a clinical and technical resource throughout evaluation, implementation, and post-install optimization
  • Maintain CRM usage, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, expense management, and training compliance
  • Travel up to 75%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years OR Associate's Degree and 6+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, med tech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Based within 50 miles of Dallas, TX, Fort Worth, TX, or Austin, TX
  • 7+ years of experience in complex, quota-driven commercial roles with demonstrated consistent top-tier performance
  • Enterprise-level solution selling experience in healthcare technology, software (SaaS), or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and recognition as top performer
  • Experience leading multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales within IDNs, MSOs, hospitals, or ASC networks
  • Strong clinical and business acumen
  • Experience selling into procedural or physician-driven clinical environments
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft O365
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment
