About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow Medtronic’s Peripheral Vascular Health portfolio
  • Sell selected medical devices to existing and new customers, including delivering product presentations
  • Establish and maintain contacts while providing expert advice and support to decision-makers in hospitals
  • Document sales opportunities and acquisition progress in the Salesforce CRM system
  • Conduct market, competitor, order, and customer behavior analyses
  • Manage Key Opinion Leader relationships and support local marketing activities and events
  • Participate in and contribute to national and regional events and congresses
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets and ensure high customer satisfaction through close account management and excellent service
  • Collaborate with Remote Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, hospitals, and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Build long-term clinical and non-clinical partnerships across Saxony, Thuringia, and Saxony-Anhalt

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed university degree or vocational training in business, technical, or medical studies
  • 2–5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in the medical technology industry
  • Proven track record of efficiently planning and executing sales projects, supported by an excellent analytical approach
  • Enjoyment of communication, networking, and teamwork, with the ability to contribute effectively within team structures – we are looking for a strong team player!
  • High level of empathy and active listening skills, as well as a sustainable and dependable approach to collaboration
  • Ability to present complex concepts convincingly
  • Very good knowledge of common IT applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Complete measles vaccination protection required
  • High willingness to travel within the sales territory (more than 80%)
