About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Grow Medtronic’s Peripheral Vascular Health portfolio
- Sell selected medical devices to existing and new customers, including delivering product presentations
- Establish and maintain contacts while providing expert advice and support to decision-makers in hospitals
- Document sales opportunities and acquisition progress in the Salesforce CRM system
- Conduct market, competitor, order, and customer behavior analyses
- Manage Key Opinion Leader relationships and support local marketing activities and events
- Participate in and contribute to national and regional events and congresses
- Achieve sales and revenue targets and ensure high customer satisfaction through close account management and excellent service
- Collaborate with Remote Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, hospitals, and non-clinical stakeholders
- Build long-term clinical and non-clinical partnerships across Saxony, Thuringia, and Saxony-Anhalt
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree or vocational training in business, technical, or medical studies
- 2–5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in the medical technology industry
- Proven track record of efficiently planning and executing sales projects, supported by an excellent analytical approach
- Enjoyment of communication, networking, and teamwork, with the ability to contribute effectively within team structures – we are looking for a strong team player!
- High level of empathy and active listening skills, as well as a sustainable and dependable approach to collaboration
- Ability to present complex concepts convincingly
- Very good knowledge of common IT applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Complete measles vaccination protection required
- High willingness to travel within the sales territory (more than 80%)
