About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair journey
  • Manage service requests, quotations, orders and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with service engineers, repair centers, logistics teams and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
  • Handle customer escalations, including product and service-related complaints
  • Support quality and compliance requirements in a regulated MedTech environment
  • Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in projects, system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, service support or a related environment
  • Genuine passion for helping customers and solving problems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment
  • Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
  • Interest in healthcare, medical technology or technical service environments
  • Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce is beneficial but not essential
