About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan training programs in collaboration with the Sales Director and other teams to train customers
- Provide customers with technical support related to CAS products and procedures
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams during presentations and the launch of new products and therapies
- Report all account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics
- Collect and report all customer feedback, product-related issues, and legal matters, as well as customer complaints concerning product-related events
- Complete all administrative tasks, including providing regular activity reports to the Sales Director
- Work in France and, occasionally, Western Europe, with 80–100% travel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
- Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- Experience in the medical device industry, including in a hospital operating room environment, is a plus
- English language skills preferred
- Willingness to travel 80–100% of the time
