About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan training programs in collaboration with the Sales Director and other teams to train customers
Provide customers with technical support related to CAS products and procedures
Support the Sales and Marketing teams during presentations and the launch of new products and therapies
Report all account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics
Collect and report all customer feedback, product-related issues, and legal matters, as well as customer complaints concerning product-related events
Complete all administrative tasks, including providing regular activity reports to the Sales Director
Work in France and, occasionally, Western Europe, with 80–100% travel

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization
Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
Experience in the medical device industry, including in a hospital operating room environment, is a plus
English language skills preferred
Willingness to travel 80–100% of the time
