Requirements

What you’ll need

For Engineer I opportunities, minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, completed by May 2026, with 0+ years of experience
Engineer II: Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of engineering experience or Master’s degree + 0 years of experience
Sr Engineer: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years’ of engineering experience or a Master’s degree and 2+ years of engineering experience
Principal Engineer: Bachelor’s degree + a minimum of 7 years’ of engineering experience or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of engineering experience
Engineering functional managers, Project / Program Managers, and Distinguished Engineers are also recruited
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
Roles below the Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
Candidates must be registered to attend the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Conference
