About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review qualified candidates for opportunities across Medtronic operating units and locations at the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers National Conference
- Consider applicants for engineering opportunities related to the 2026 National SHPE Convention
- Recruit across Software, Electrical/Firmware/Hardware, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Reliability, Mechanical Design, Biomedical, Industrial, Clinical Specialist/Sales, and other functions
- Consider candidates across Medtronic cardiovascular, neuroscience, and medical surgical portfolios
- Allow the recruiting team to review applicants’ resumes and qualifications in advance of the conference
- Connect with candidates at the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers National Conference
Requirements
What you’ll need- For Engineer I opportunities, minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, completed by May 2026, with 0+ years of experience
- Engineer II: Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of engineering experience or Master’s degree + 0 years of experience
- Sr Engineer: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years’ of engineering experience or a Master’s degree and 2+ years of engineering experience
- Principal Engineer: Bachelor’s degree + a minimum of 7 years’ of engineering experience or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of engineering experience
- Engineering functional managers, Project / Program Managers, and Distinguished Engineers are also recruited
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Roles below the Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Candidates must be registered to attend the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Conference
