About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop campaign playbooks, content models, and activation guidance for regional adaptation
- Partner with regional marketing teams to gather market insights, validate campaign approaches, support localization, and connect global strategies to measurable outcomes
- Establish feedback loops using regional insights, competitive intelligence, and campaign learnings
- Lead global content strategy and planning
- Define measurement frameworks and KPIs
- Use performance insights, experimentation, and best-practice sharing to improve marketing effectiveness
- Establish governance standards and repeatable processes for campaign planning, content reuse, localization, measurement, and regional adoption
- Lead strategic agency relationships
- Support global growth marketing initiatives for Core Surgical Innovations
- Travel approximately 15–20%
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required with at least 4 years, or advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, campaign strategy, or a related marketing role
- Demonstrated experience developing data-driven programs that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, or commercial growth
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- 6+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, campaign strategy, or a related role
- Demonstrated ability to develop campaign strategies and marketing programs across regions, markets, or customer segments
- Strong experience working in a matrixed organization and partnering across global, regional, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable processes
- Experience building and executing data-driven marketing programs
- Strong project leadership skills
- High attention to detail and balance of strategic thinking and operational execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms
- Experience planning, testing, measuring, and optimizing campaigns across email, web, SEO, paid media, social media, and account-based marketing
- Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, automation, and lifecycle marketing
- Ability to synthesize customer, campaign, competitive, and market insights
- Experience defining KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and recommending improvements
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
