About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive disposable and capital equipment sales growth by managing and expanding business within assigned accounts
- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities while maintaining strong retention of existing customers
- Promote adoption and utilization of Acute Surgical products across targeted healthcare facilities and stakeholders
- Conduct virtual customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, supply chain stakeholders, and key decision-makers
- Analyze territory performance and account data to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
- Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners to execute territory plans and customer engagement initiatives
- Resolve customer concerns and provide ongoing support
- Support the full Surgical portfolio, including Stapling, Energy, Electrosurgery, Situate, Access & Instrumentation, and Wound Closure
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales, customer support, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; OR Associate's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and managing customer relationships within an assigned territory or account base
- Experience identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Ability to analyze account and territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Ability to occasionally travel up to 25% within the assigned territory and for business-related meetings
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
