About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review qualified candidates for opportunities across Medtronic operating units and locations at the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers National Conference
- Consider applicants for engineering and related opportunities associated with the 2026 National SHPE Convention
- Recruit across Software, Electrical/Firmware/Hardware, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Reliability, Mechanical Design, Biomedical, Industrial, Clinical Specialist/Sales, and other functions
- Develop innovative medical technologies that improve patient outcomes across cardiovascular, neuroscience, and medical-surgical portfolios
- Connect candidates with current Medtronic opportunities and recruiting teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineer I opportunities: minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, completed by May 2025, with 0+ years of experience
- Engineer II: Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of engineering experience or Master’s degree plus 0 years of experience
- Sr Engineer: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of engineering experience or a Master’s degree and 2+ years of engineering experience
- Principal Engineer: Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 7 years of engineering experience or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of engineering experience
- Engineering functional managers, Project / Program Managers, and Distinguished Engineers are also being recruited
- For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Roles below Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- U.S. work authorization sponsorship is offered exclusively for Principal-level roles and above
