About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop campaign playbooks, content models, and activation guidance adaptable by regional teams
- Partner with regional marketing teams to gather insights, validate campaigns, support localization, and connect global strategies to measurable outcomes
- Establish feedback loops using regional insights, competitive intelligence, and campaign learnings
- Lead global content strategy and planning for customer needs, campaign objectives, localization, and reuse
- Define measurement frameworks and KPIs
- Use performance insights, experimentation, and best-practice sharing to improve marketing effectiveness
- Establish governance standards and repeatable processes for campaign planning, content reuse, localization, measurement, and regional adoption
- Lead strategic agency relationships to expand capabilities, drive innovation, and support global growth marketing initiatives
- Travel approximately 15–20%
- Collaborate with product and procedural marketing teams, regional marketers, and cross-functional subject matter experts
- Translate business priorities, customer insights, and performance learnings into scalable marketing approaches supporting brand awareness, engagement, acquisition, retention, and commercial growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required with at least 4 years of experience, or advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience, in growth marketing, digital marketing, campaign strategy, or a related marketing role
- Demonstrated experience developing data-driven programs supporting customer acquisition, engagement, retention, or commercial growth
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- 6+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, campaign strategy, or a related role preferred
- Experience developing campaign strategies and marketing programs across regions, markets, or customer segments
- Experience working in a matrixed organization across global, regional, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable processes
- Experience building and executing data-driven marketing programs
- Project leadership experience managing competing priorities, agency partners, and internal resources
- Marketing analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing platform proficiency
- Experience planning, testing, measuring, and optimizing email, web, SEO, paid media, social media, and account-based marketing campaigns
- Understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, automation, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience defining KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and recommending improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
