Payment Posting Escalation Specialist
Medsuite IncPayment Posting Escalation Specialist responsible for resolving escalations in healthcare revenue cycle management. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of payment posting processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and resolve escalations from internal team members and client services to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Investigates and resolves matters that Client Success escalates from clients to resolve
- Research and complete special projects for Posting as requested
- Assist with departmental training as requested
- Assist with audits as requested
- Provide process improvement feedback to leadership
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of experience posting insurance payments in a health care setting
- At least one (1) year of experience in an escalation/lead role in payment posting, preferred
- At least two (2) years of experience reading insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, preferred
