Oversee and manage the billing operations of EMHM business unit; ensure efficient, accurate billing in compliance with regulations; manage account inquiries.
Lead the billing strategy and mentor a team of billing specialists; ensure adherence to policies and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Oversee preparation, distribution, and tracking of invoices; ensure timely invoicing per contracts and customer agreements.
Implement best practices in billing processes; maintain TES process and Post Demo update process; meet deadlines.
Drive process improvements; lead cross-functional teams to adopt new technologies, systems, or procedures.
Ensure compliance with billing, payment, and communication regulations; work with legal/compliance to mitigate risk; develop policies to prevent errors, fraud, and violations.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, customer service, or related roles.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position with responsibility for managing teams and cross-functional projects.
Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.
Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner.
Basic touch 10 key skills.
