About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs
Design and implement a Data Warehouse architecture and reporting framework
Assist in designing the enterprise BI systems from conceptual to physical implementation
Work closely with the Director of Analytics & Automation to define the overall BI data architecture
Design and build complex relational data structures
Work with the Development team to establish best patterns, practices, and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of Data Engineering experience
Experience in business intelligence, ETL processes, data warehousing
2-3 years experience in Dimensional Data Modeling methodologies and techniques
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work on / mentor juniors working on multiple priorities
Intermediate knowledge and experience with SQL, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS
Hands-on experience with full life cycle of Data warehouse design and development
Strong knowledge and experience with Healthcare reporting, Analytics, and Business reporting needs
Experience with large Health care EMRs is a plus
